Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

Last Updated: March 25, 2026

1. Compliance Commitment

MVA Quick is committed to complying with all federal and state laws regarding telemarketing and contact, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the National Do Not Call Registry. We respect your privacy and provide this policy to explain our practices.

2. Our Internal DNC List

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may request to have your telephone number placed on our internal list. We will process your request within thirty (30) days, but often much sooner.

3. How to Submit a DNC Request

You can make a DNC request using any of the following methods:

  • Email: Send an email to hello@mvaquick.com with the subject line "DNC Request" and include the phone number you wish to have removed.
  • SMS: Reply with the word "STOP" to any marketing text message you receive from us.
  • Verbal: If you receive a call from us, you may verbally ask the representative to place you on our internal Do Not Call list.

4. Effect of Placing Your Name on the DNC List

Once your number is on our internal DNC list, we will stop making marketing calls or sending marketing SMS messages to that number. Please note that placing your number on our internal DNC list does not prevent us from contacting you for non-marketing purposes, such as responding to a specific request you have made (e.g., following up on a form submission you just made).

5. Third-Party Referral Network

MVA Quick connects you with a network of legal professionals. If you have been connected with a specific law firm or attorney, you must also submit a DNC request directly to that third party if you wish to stop receiving communications from them. Each entity in our network is responsible for maintaining its own DNC compliance.
